At Zavrly, customer satisfaction is our top priority. All products undergo quality inspections before shipment to ensure they meet our standards. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

The item must be returned with its original packaging whenever possible.

Proof of purchase or order number is required.

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please provide photos or videos showing the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Customized or personalized products.

Clearance or final sale items.

Gift cards or store credit purchases.

Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or customer-caused damage.

Refunds

You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Quality Issues

If the product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or fails to function as intended due to a manufacturing defect, we will provide a full refund or replacement. In most cases, you will not be required to return the item.

Personal Reasons

If the return request is based on personal reasons, such as no longer wanting the item, ordering by mistake, or a change of preference, we offer the following solutions:

A full refund after the item is returned. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

A partial refund of 20%–50% of the purchase price while keeping the item.

Order Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days after payment is successfully confirmed.

Order processing may take longer during weekends, holidays, peak seasons, promotional periods, or when additional order verification is required.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Please note that order processing time is separate from shipping and delivery time.

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing times:

PayPal refunds: 5–7 business days

Credit card refunds: 5–7 business days

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If a returned item is required, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount where applicable.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 60 minutes of placement for a full refund.

After this period, the order may already be in processing or shipment preparation, and cancellation may no longer be possible.

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost.

For exchange requests due to personal reasons, please contact our support team within 7 business days of receiving your order. We will provide the best available solution based on product availability.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

Parcel Marked Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact us with the following information:

Any available proof from the carrier
