Your factory screen.
More ways to use it.
Go wireless for everyday phone connections. Add an HDMI source for entertainment when parked. One adapter brings both options to a compatible factory wired CarPlay system.

This adapter does not add CarPlay to a vehicle that lacks it. HDMI video is for parked use.
Start with
the screen you have.
Before choosing an upgrade, check your car’s existing connection. The starting point is an OEM factory-installed wired CarPlay system—not just a USB port or a touchscreen.
- Your carMust already support factory wired CarPlay. Native wireless-only systems, non-CarPlay screens and restricted vehicle systems may not be compatible.
- Your iPhoneiPhone 6 or later with iOS 10 or later, used with a supported vehicle system.
- Your Android phoneAndroid 11 or later, used with a supported vehicle system. The phone requirement does not replace the vehicle requirement.
How can I check the starting requirement?
Check your vehicle manual and confirm that its factory USB connection supports wired CarPlay. A charging-only port or a system that supports only wireless CarPlay is not enough. Meeting this first requirement does not guarantee compatibility with every model.
Two useful upgrades.
One existing display.
Keep the factory screen and choose the connection that suits what you’re doing. Wireless phone use and HDMI entertainment serve different moments.
For the everyday drive
Use wireless CarPlay or wireless Android Auto with compatible phones to access supported navigation, music and calling functions without a phone cable running to the screen.
For a parked break
Connect a compatible HDMI media source for video or game display while legally parked. The HDMI source supplies the content; the adapter provides the connection to your supported car system.

Less plugging in.
More getting on with it.
On a compatible wired CarPlay system, wireless conversion reduces the need to connect your phone by cable each time. Keep your usual supported phone functions accessible through the car display.
Complete the initial pairing and any authorization prompts shown by your vehicle. Connection behavior depends on the phone and factory system.

A better break
between destinations.
Waiting for a pickup or taking a road-trip stop? A compatible HDMI streaming stick, media player or game device gives you another way to use the factory screen while parked.
Your media source still needs its own power, content access and any required internet connection. App availability and login depend on the device, provider and region.

Picture support,
with the details clear.
The supplied product information specifies support for up to 2K HD and 30 fps. The result on your screen depends on the entire setup—not the adapter alone.

Actual resolution, frame rate and playback vary with the factory display, HDMI source, cable, network and content. This does not increase the physical resolution of your car screen.
Connect the essentials.
Keep your dashboard.
No factory screen replacement is required. Follow the connection diagram and instructions for your unit, then complete the prompts on the vehicle display.
-
01
Provide power

-
03
Choose your source
Pair a compatible phone for wireless use, or connect a compatible HDMI output device for parked entertainment.
-
04
Finish on screen
Follow pairing and authorization prompts on your factory display. Some vehicles need a first-time setup step.

A few questions
before you connect.
Does this add CarPlay to any car?
No. Your vehicle must already have a compatible factory-installed wired CarPlay system. It is not a replacement head unit and does not add CarPlay to an unsupported display.
Does it stream video by itself?
For HDMI entertainment you connect a compatible HDMI output device. The adapter does not include the external media device, its subscriptions or internet service.
Does Android support change which cars qualify?
No. Android 11+ is the phone requirement for wireless Android Auto. The vehicle still needs the supported OEM wired CarPlay system described above.
Will every streaming app work?
Playback, availability and login depend on your HDMI device, app provider, network, region and vehicle setup. The app logos in product illustrations are not a guarantee of access or an included subscription.
When can I use HDMI video or games?
Only when legally parked. Do not watch video, play games or operate entertainment content while driving.
Keep the screen.
Expand the possibilities.
Wireless phone convenience for the everyday drive, with HDMI display options for parked downtime—on a compatible factory wired CarPlay system.
