Questions? Get comfortable.
How quickly does it warm up?
Warmth builds over the first few minutes. How quickly you feel it depends on the heat setting, room temperature and clothing.
Can I use it throughout the workday?
Follow the usage limits in the included instructions. The automatic shut-off timer ends each heating cycle. Switch it off when leaving your chair, and do not use it while sleeping.
Will it fit my chair?
The pad measures approximately 17.7 × 35.4 in when laid flat, including the seat and backrest. Compare these dimensions with your chair and check that the straps can fasten securely.
How is it powered?
It uses a USB cable and the included wall adapter. Keep it connected during heating. Use another power source only if its output meets the requirements listed on the product.
Can I use it in my country?
Check that the included adapter's input rating and plug match your local power supply. USB power alone does not guarantee compatibility with every adapter or outlet.
How do I clean it?
Unplug it and let it cool completely. Spot-clean the cover with a lightly damp cloth, keeping electrical parts dry. Do not machine wash or immerse. Let it dry fully before reconnecting.
Your chair deserves a cozy upgrade.
